Post-Peak Season is May 1st through July 31st and is less expensive. Summer Season is August 1st through September 30th and is the least expensive. Pre-Peak Season is October 1st through December 15th and is the same as Post-Peak. There is an up charge for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and for more than 2 guests.
