When you arrive at Villa Kendara, you will be greeted by the owners or a close friend who takes care of everything in their absence. You will be ushered from the guest parking area down the private walkway, lined with tropical plantings, to the stairs. At the top is the furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the water. Entering the fully air conditioned guesthouse, you are greeted by the spacious open concept design, vaulted ceiling, pendant lights, comfortable furnishings, island decor, porcelain tile throughout, and a harmonious palate of colors.

LIVING ROOM - The sitting arrangement boasts a comfortable daybed sofa, 2 oversized chairs, a unique accent table, 2 end tables with driftwood lamps, a charging station, an overhead fan, and a credenza that houses the TV, DVD, WiFi, Phone, games to play, books, and the exclusive “Johnson Guide to Provo.”

KITCHEN - The kitchen is separated from the living room by island seating and pendant lights for around the clock dining. It is fully equipped with upscale stainless steel GE Profile appliances, consisting of a refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, ceramic top electric range with oven and broiler, high power microwave, broiler, oversized deep sink with overhead fanlight, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo with supplies. There are also small appliances such as a coffee maker with plenty of filters, toaster, mixer, food processor for smoothies, glass tableware, serving bowls, a complete set of pots and pans, and a full array of gadgets and utensils. Add to this coffee and tea packets, cabinets stocked with spices, salt, sugar, flavorings, foil, plastic wrap, etc.. You have everything you need for avid to occasional cooking.

BEDROOM, LOFT AND BATHROOM - The island theme continues in the bedroom with a fashionable queen size bed, 2 night tables with sea urchin lamps, a large bureau complimented by tin mirror tiles above and a Casablanca overhead fan.  From here you enter the ensuite bathroom with the wall of the oversized bubble glass shower directly ahead and tall storage shelves to your right, concealing a fully appointed vanity with a mirror backdrop.  The pies de resistance is an oversized mirror closet, big enough to hang all of your clothes and store your suitcases.   Yes, there’s also a toilet tucked into a private corner.   From the bedroom you may also access the loft bedroom via a sturdy, bunk bed type ladder.   It contains a twin size bed, 2 night tables and floor cushions, perfect for an older child or a third adult.
